Instructions:

4. Add the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and black pepper.
